Crapr beta
Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Crapr beta app. By using Crapr, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that restroom information may be incomplete, incorrect, or changing.
Beta Service
Crapr is an early beta restroom finder. It is provided for testing and feedback. Features, data, rankings, account behavior, and availability may change while the app is being developed.
No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy
Crapr tries to help you find usable restrooms quickly, but restroom details can change without notice. A restroom may be closed, locked, dirty, restricted, crowded, unsafe, or unavailable even if the app suggests it.
You are responsible for using your own judgment before entering a location, asking staff, following posted rules, and leaving if a place feels unsafe or unavailable.
Accounts and Guest Use
You may browse and search as a guest. Some actions, including adding new restroom locations, require signing in so beta data has accountability. You are responsible for activity connected to your account.
User Contributions
If you submit reports, ratings, crowd status, access information, or new locations, you agree to submit information that you believe is accurate and useful. Do not submit fake, harassing, retaliatory, discriminatory, private, illegal, or unsafe content.
Crapr may use, display, edit, hide, quarantine, or remove user-submitted information to operate the app, improve data quality, reduce spam, and protect other users.
No Photos or Free-Text Reviews in the App Flow
The current beta is designed around structured reports, not photo uploads or open-ended reviews. Do not try to submit sensitive personal information through beta feedback or other app fields.
Respect Locations and Laws
Crapr does not give you permission to enter private property, ignore employee instructions, bypass locks, misuse access codes, or violate age restrictions. Follow local laws, posted rules, business policies, and staff instructions.
Third-Party Services
Crapr may use services such as Supabase, Google sign-in, Google Maps, and Google Places. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Crapr is not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data they provide.
Service Changes
Crapr may be updated, paused, reset, or discontinued at any time. Beta data may be corrected, merged, quarantined, or removed as the app improves.
Limitation of Liability
Crapr is provided as-is for beta testing. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crapr and its owner are not liable for losses, damages, injuries, access issues, business disputes, or other problems resulting from your use of the app or reliance on restroom information.
Privacy
Your use of Crapr is also covered by the Privacy Policy.
